Amazing Wedding Service

Amazing Wedding Service

This last Sunday I was at The Barn at The Springs for Carly and Steve’s wedding. Now, I’m not going to share all of their pics (it’s only been a few days!) or really much about their wedding. Something happened that really impressed me, and I wanted to share that amazing wedding service with you.

Working in the Rain

So, Carly really had her heart set on an outdoor wedding ceremony. The weather was beautiful all day, and then, about an hour before the ceremony, it started raining. Boo! The Barn at the Springs does have an indoor option, but that’s not what Carly was hoping for. Luckily, the venue’s main concern was making the couple happy. Many venues would say too bad or force the couple to make a decision quickly. Not here. Carly and Steve were able to wait till about 30 minutes before the ceremony to decide. The rain stopped and one of the owners was out there blowing all the water away and drying chairs with a towel. That amazes me that they are so willing to work and help.

This isn’t all they did that day. A few minute later, he brought me out a ladder because he sawing me trying to stand on a chair. I’m sure there were plenty of other things as well that I didn’t even see.

Continually Improving

Another great thing about The Barn at the Springs is that they keep improving the venue to make things better for their couples. As I mentioned, they have an indoor option for ceremonies, and that’s because they built it about a year ago. Since then, they’ve also improved the outdoor area and built a portable bar! From what I understand, there are more improvements on the way in the near future!

My goal as a wedding photographer is to help out couples in any way possible and make their wedding an easy and wonderful experience. It’s so nice to find another wedding vendor that is willing to do the little things and put in the work to make that happen. The Barn at the Springs is an amazing wedding venue, but more importantly, it’s run by great people.

I thought I’d share that experience with everyone. In a few weeks, I’ll actually share all the details from the wedding, and it’s going to be a good one!
